Police Laws & procedures
When the police officer is allowed to use guns:
1) If someone's life, or your (the police officer) life is in direct danger, the police Officer is allowed to open fire without any warning.
(No matter if the suspect is unarmed; the officer can open fire at him)
2) When the suspect is escaping from a police officer, the officer is allowed to use their gun, after warning him "stop or i shoot".
When the police officer is NOT allowed to use guns:
3) Against an unarmed attacker, the officer can use only hand to hand combat, or the
Nightstick. (except if the situation is like point (1) )
4) Against idle/not moving suspect, the officer is not allowed to use guns, only body force or nighstick is allowed.
(if the suspect is holding a weapon, but not moving, an other unit must cover the officer who is taking action)
5) Do not use firearms against a group (e.g Protestors). Firearms are to be used against a single suspect provided the weapon usage requirements are met.
ERPD SMG/MP5 usage
- In vehicle
The ERPD officers are equipped with SMG.
In common cases, the SAPD officer is allowed to use the SMG except with a few exceptions.
Drive by from driver seat is NOT allowed in any case or situation.
Drive by from passenger seat against a criminal on foot should only be used if taking direct fire from the criminal.
- SMG is allowed to be used while on foot in any situation.
Raids, Warrant for searching place, Warrant for arrest.
In EmbraceRPG,San Andreas state, every officer [even new cops] has the right to do
clothes searching, or vehicle searching on any civilian.
Same as for civilians, the officers can not enter to private properties.
exceptions:
-Wanted person(s) is located on the private property.
-While in pursuit of a suspect you can cross through private property.
-If you have warrant from Captain, Chief or from a Judge of San Andreas Court House to enter private property.
In EmbraceRPG, San Andreas state, the captains and chiefs are such artificial persons
who have the right to give out warrants to enter private properties.
Orders
- Every SAPD Members has to follow orders of higher ranked officers.
- SAPD Members MUST NOT follow orders if they are forcing to break the law.
Civilian Laws
1.? Driving Law
- Entering the garage of any Police Department as a civilian to store your car is prohibited.
- In EmbraceRPG, the people are allowed to use any vehicles without license. The police are not allowed to arrest nor fine somebody for not having license.
- The police is fining only for offence. The tickets maximum price is 300$.
- Illegal street racing is not allowed in whole EmbraceRPG
If a group of civils decides to organise legal racing, the following reqierements must come true.:
-Racers cannot block the public services working [Police Dept., Medical Dept., Fire Dept., Goverment] .
-The roads of San Andreas must be closed, traffic has to be turned other way. Event should be organised in closed are (example - Airport, Area 51).
-Racers cannot hide their face.
-Racers cannot be armed with any weapon.
-Race date must be announced at least 5 days to fulfilment.SA: Events and Winners
-The organizers must be named.
-The starting, and the ending of the race must be announced to be dead on time.
-Race has to be started and finished in the announced time.
2.? Weapon Law of San Andreas State
In EmbraceRPG, San Andreas state, every citizen has the right to be armed for reasons such as special jobs (bodyguard), self-defence and shooting sports. If a citizen is carrying a weapon in public, he/she must conceal it from the public, otherwise it is an offence and action will be taken.
All weapons available in the EmbraceRPG are considered Legal.
1)Basic - Melee Weapons
2)Self-defence - Handguns
3)Special Jobs - Handguns, Sub machine Guns, Shotguns, Assault Rifles
4)Shooting sports - Long Rifles
3.? Self-defence
In EmbraceRPG, San Andreas state, every citizen has the right to defend him/herself against attackers with using continence.
When the citizen's life got in direct danger, he/she has the right to defend it with using weapons.
The only thing what the citizen can do is to defend him/her life. When the citizen's action turns to assault or homicide, he/she commites crime also.
The killing because of self-defence reason can be consider legal, only in that case, when there was no other way to protect your life.
Every self-defence killing must be investigated by the ERPD.
4.? Protecting property
-If you own a building and territory around it (garden,yard,garage,parking lot) , you have every right to protect it from trespassers. If the trespasser(s) stays after asked them to leave, you can call the police or take matters into your own hands.
-If you own a vehicle and someone is using it, you can ask for it back. If he/she refuses to return the car, you can report them for Grand Theft Auto.
Every crimes which counts as Property Protection will be investigated by the ERPD.
If the Police puts under blockade an area and pronounced to crime scene, the civilians are not allowed to
trespassing, even the property owners. If you trespasses the blockades the ERPD may suspect you.
5.? Right of Assembly
In EmbraceRPG, San Andreas state, every citizen has right for free assemblage.
-5.?A) Protesting
If a group of civilians(at least 4 people) decides to protesting in public, the following requirement must come true.:
-The protesters can not block the public services working [Police Dept., Medical Dept., Fire Dept., Government] .
-The roads of San Andreas must be clear, and passable for traffic.
-The protesters can not hide their face.
-The protesters can not be armed with any weapon.
-The protesting date must be announced before 5 days to fulfilment.SA: Events and Winners
-The organizers must be named, and they must give clear reason for protesting.
-The starting, and the ending of the protesting must be announced to be dead on time.
-The protesting must be started and finished in the announced time.
If the government or ERPD sees the protesting request or protesting doesn't meet the requirements, can be denied or qualify to illegal.
Every illegal protesting will be strike down with police forces deployment.
6.? ERPD Drug statement
In EmbraceRPG, San Andreas state, using, buying or selling drugs is a crime.
Till further order wont come from Government Office, every kind of drugs counts to illegal.
[note: people can not say such excuse, they using drugs as medical painkiller]
